Marketing and Group Sales Manager

Research, identify, contact, write proposals and close sales of large groups on board cruise ships. These can include corporate incentive programs, executive retreats, conventions, of associations, clubs and organizations or family milestones and reunions.

Retain the business of our past groups, for future events on board a cruise ships

Research and negotiate with cruise line vendors on behalf of clients for best prices, amenities, etc.

Be innovative in creating an incredible and memorable experience for each participant of each event at a tremendous value.

Create and close group contracts with Group Leaders and decision makers.

Work closely with in-house group operations staff for smooth transition from sales to reservations and support.

Compensation and benefits based on qualifications, experience and results - to be discussed during interview. Hours are flexible.
