If you wish to be covered for pre-existing conditions with the optional insurance at no additional cost, the insurance premium is due at the same time you register.

Guests registering on or after August 27th, 2008 will pay a deposit equal to the aggregate deposits shown in the above table.

The credit card used for the initial deposit will be automatically charged for subsequent payments on the dates shown above, UNLESS participant advises agency of alternate payment arrangements.

Vacation Protection Plan

Note: If you have a pre-existing condition and would like to be covered if you have to cancel due to that pre-existing condition, then you must purchase the insurance at the time you make your initial deposit. Otherwise insurance is due at the time of final payment.
