Regardless
of the type of event, there will be many components your group will require in
order to accomplish your goals. We can provide a professional concierge/escort
to work with you on board every step of the way.
Stateroom
Accommodations are
an important part of every group. We will block specific
types of staterooms for your participants to meet your needs.
From Penthouse Suites for your VIP, to accommodations with
ocean views or private balconies, to the best cabins, we'll
work closely with the ship's stateroom inventory control
to offer the best accommodation mix for your group.
Dining
Together may be an important criteria for
your group. We will make recommendations and arrangements
to block off tables in an area of a dining room for a specific
seating time to coincide with your meeting agenda. We'll
even arrange table assignments as well as 'round robin dining'
and reservations in any exclusive dining venue when requested.
Your
Meeting Agenda - Most groups will require
a minimum of one General Session as well as breakouts rooms,
and more intimate board meetings - conference style. Other
groups may require a dedicated room for their use, for the
entire cruise. We will work with the cruise line to schedule
the use of these facilities along with their light and sound
technicians and audio visual staff when appropriate. We'll
arrange refreshment breaks and even a visit from the Captain
to welcome your group aboard.
Equipment,
Supplies and Conference Materials may be required for your event.
We will handle arrangements to have these items shipped to the pier, boarded and
stored in the marshaling areas on the ship, and bought to the specific meeting
rooms when required.
Activities
are an important component for most groups. A private
welcome reception is very easy for us to arrange in one
of the ship's lounges which can often include "open
bar". While there is an array of activities going on
around the ship, your group may have a specific request
for an activity for spouses/families during seminar times,
you may want to have us arrange for a group photo opportunity,
a visit and personal welcome from the Captain. Many groups
may also want to have their own entertainment which can
be arranged as well.
Amenities
can truly enhance the experience of your participants. These amenities can include
free accommodations for your staff, wine with dinner, a cocktail reception, free
gifts in their cabins, shore excursion credit, spa, boutique or casino credit
or even a fundraising donation. We'll negotiate and arrange for whatever amenities
you feel will be the best for your group.
Communications
can be an important component for your event. Whether it's an on-board conference
newsletter or daily agenda, ship to shore communications, or internet service,
we'll make the arrangement to keep you in touch!
