All participants will be accommodated in staterooms similar to the ones shown to the left. Occupancy can be anywhere from one to four participants. Participants will have the choice of Balcony, inside orocen view staterooms. There are two beds in each cabin that can be left as two single beds or pushed together by your room steward to make a king size bed. Third and fourth guests will be accommodated in upper berths and/or rollaway beds. Cabins that can accommodate more than two passengers are very limited and sold on a first come, first served basis.

All passengers will be accommodated at late meal seating (Dinner approx 8:00pm).

Ocean view staterooms have large windows. Inside staterooms have no windows or portholes.

Prices above are per person based on occupancy shown. Port charges of $89 per person are included in abive rates. Govt fees and taxes and other fees total $37.05 per person are additional to the above rates.

Payments

A deposit of $100 per person will reserve your cabin - accepted on a first come - first served basis. Balance incl port charges, taxes and optional insurance is due 7/01/03. All bookings made after 7/01/03 are on a request basis only and payment in full is required at time of booking.

Cancellation Penalties

The following cancellation penalties apply if you cancel your cruise for ANY reason.

Cancel before 7/01/03--------$25 per person
Cancel 7/01/03 - 7/31/03----$175 per person
Cancel 8/01/03 - 8/31/03----75% of total amount paid
Cancel after 9/01/03----------No refund

These penalties apply even in the case of medical emergencies - Optional Cancellation Insurance is available to reimburse these penalties should you have to cancel for a covered medical reason. Cost $39 per person. Note: If one person in a cabin canceled, the balance of the passenger(s) will have to pay the higher price based on the reduced number of passengers in that cabin.

All U.S. citizens will be required to bring proper official proof of U.S. citizenship in the form of a valid passport or certified copy of birth certificate in addition to valid photo ID.

Passengers arriving at the pier without proper citizenship documentation will be denied boarding and will not be eligible for a refund.

Important Citizenship Documentation

Non U.S. Citizens need to bring a valid passport or green card, and are encouraged to contact travel agency below to advise Cruise Line to assure you have no problem checking in for the cruise.

All passengers under 21 years of age must have at least one person over 25 years of age in the same cabin, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Any minor under the age of 18 who is not traveling with both parents must carry a special affidavit authorizing the minor to travel out of the country in the custody of the accompanying adult(s). Click here for an Minor Travel Authorization that can be printed from your computer and notarized.

Those passengers with legal names that are different than on their birth certificate must also bring a copy of the document linking the legal name to the birth name (ie marriage certificates)

Passengers without proper proof of citizenship will NOT be allowed to board the ship.

Dress is very casual during the day. Shorts, jeans, sun dresses, golf shirts, T-shirts are all appropriate. Be sure and bring comfortable walking shoes for shore time. Dress for the evening will vary from business casual to formal. What you would wear when going out to a fun restaurant is appropriate for most of the evenings. There will be two formal nights in the Main Dining Room. This is your chance to "Put on the Ritz"!

But the term "formal", has a very vague definition. You'll see evening gowns, tuxedos, sport jackets, old prom dresses, leisure suits and even passengers in their best jeans and everything in between. For those who just don't feel like dressing up - you can enjoy a relaxed buffet dinner in the Lido Grill - or order room service in your cabin.

Sign & Sail is Carnival's credit program for onboard purchases directly to your shipboard account for drinks, photos, shore excursions, and purchases in the ships stores and spa. You will have your cruise charge card validated during check in and the final bill will be charged against your major credit card. If you do not have a credit card - a $100.00 cash deposit can open your account as well.

Suggested gratuities for the dining room staff and cabin stewards in the amount of $39.00 per passenger will be automatically added to your shipboard account and are the participants responsibility. Any passenger wishing to change that amount can simply do so by contacting the pursers office during the cruise.

ATM machines are available on board, but often run out of cash.
